Karunakar Reddy Rajula, Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Karunakar is a Founder Director of M2M and is responsible for overall operations of the Organization including building human resources, relations with strategic partners and clients. He holds a Bachelor degree & Masters degree from University of Western Sydney, Australia and has returned to India in year 2004 with vision to develop innovative technologies in M2M domain and generate employment.

Kartheek Bhupathiraju, Director- Technical

Mr. Kartheek as Chief technology officer is responsible for shaping M2M Technology vision and driving innovation across the company. He oversees the Technology development, implementing, operating and leading solutions to assist future needs. Prior to being named CTO,2009, Kartheek served as Embedded Architect and Project Manager for M2M, He Worked as Senior Software engineer for wireless communications in JP Mobile India(acquired by Motorola).He also served as System Developer for Robotics and Automation product line developed by Cybermotion Technologies Pvt Ltd. He holds Bachelors in Mechatronics, Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Laws and Psychology.

Anand Boddu, Vice President-Techno Commercial

Mr. Anand has 13 years of experience in interpreting technology and market trends of varied Electrical and Electronic design projects. Before joining us he had been associated with Cybermotion Technologies PVT Ltd, Hyderabad in the field of Robotics and Industrial Automation. He carried his Technology application savvy across multi-platform domains to relate business values of Technologies for creating products and services for us. He has been instrumental in evaluating and assessing competitors positioning for M2M. He holds bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Praveen Mutyala, Vice President – Business Development

Mr. Praveen has an experience of over 5 years working in Electronics and Software industry. He has been associated with M2M in defining the customer requirements for automation solutions.  He has worked as Business Analyst in USA for various clients. He had worked with companies like Heiler Detroit, MI and Miller Brewing Company Milwaukee, WI . He has extensive experience in defining and perceiving customers design requirements and providing creative solutions.  He holds Masters in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Illinois USA.

Vuppala Amarchand – Director - Research and Development

Mr. Vuppala Amarchand holds Post Graduate degree in Electronic Instrumentation from REC, Warangal. Has a total of 30 + years experience in design, development & execution of Locomotive control and Railway Signaling systems. He has worked 9 yrs in Design & Testing section of Control systems for Diesel Electric Locomotives at Electronic Corporation of India Ltd, Hyderabad. He then worked for 17 yrs as Director in Hytronics Pvt. Ltd; Hyderabad in Railway Signaling Division and executed Signaling Turnkey contracts of RRI & PI in Indian Railways as Management Representative in the field. He has designed & developed Panel Processor for AZD Praha SSI systems. He has worked for 2 yrs at Speck Systems Ltd; Hyderabad and developed VDU panel, Field Simulator and Lab model SSI for 4 Road station.

He also worked for 2 yrs at MTCT as Director (R&D) and Developed HW & SW Technologies for Railway Safety critical systems. He also possesses extensive working knowledge in design of microcontroller based systems, ruggedisation. Environmental evaluation, EMI/EMC compliance and testing.
